Useful information for your holiday

For a smooth departure:

Please settle your bill at the reception the night before (open from 07:30 to 18:00).
Rooms and ski lockers must be vacated by 10:00.

Notes:

We are only liable for cash and valuables in the safe, up to a maximum of €5,000.00.
All rooms are non-smoking. A balcony is available for smokers.

Your card opens your room door, the three hotel entrances (front and back of the main building as well as the lodge building), and your ski locker in the Ski Lounge. Please always take your card with you, as our entrance doors are locked from 8:00 PM.

At the reception, you will receive a 10% voucher for our two partner shops (purchase & rental). In the afternoon, bring your ski/snowboard to the reception and pick it up freshly prepared in the morning.
